The Secret Life of the American Teenager’s Shailene Woodley is spending a lot of time in the spotlight recently with the release of her new bigscreen hit The Descendants. Looking at the young star’s rocking red carpet dresses and how natural she looks in them, one would think that was how she dressed all the time.

Not the case though with this talented 20 year old actress. In a recent interview the young starlet revealed to VH1 she’s all about the comfy clothes. I can’t blame her there! Woodley says she does a lot of her shopping at vintage and thrift stores and is most comfortable in a white T-shirt and a pair of jeans.

To go along with her laid back wardrobe and personality, the Secret Life actress says she isn’t one to go overboard using curse words. You wouldn’t know it by her new film, where curse words are a plenty. Woodley admits the words are in her vocabulary, but she opts not to use them in every sentence.

She also revealed her co-star, the always attractive and talented George Clooney makes her feel protected. Although Clooney plays Woodley’s father in the film in which they co-star, she says it would be weird to have him as her father outside of the big-screen. Referring to him as a teacher, a friend and a mentor, she says it would just be awkward if he too fatherly.

In other Secret Life news, the talented actress Molly Ringwald was spotted during a night out of the town. Who was her date, you may wonder. None other than her precious 8 year old daughter Mathilda Ereni. The pair were spotted in Los Angeles taking in the opening of Broadway’s smash hit, Wicked. Ringwald opted to leave her 2 year old twins at home for the outing.
